About Daniela

Filmmaker’s Journey

Alongside her artistic pursuits, Daniela studied Electronic Engineering at Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, one year of applied maths at Université de Montreal and worked at prestigious international organizations like the United Nations. Her passion for acting led her to study under the esteemed mentor Patricia Reyes Spindola and later moved to LA to studied at Los Angeles Acting Conservatory.

 The two feature movies where she acted are currently streaming in Amazon Prime, Tubi and  Roku. She also has work in several shorts in the direction unit, production and cast.

At present, Daniela thrives in her role as the Gallery Operations Lead at the prestigious Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, California. 

Currently getting a two year certificate in Filmaking by UCLA.

Recently honored to be a Judge at the SFS Film Festival 2023, this esteemed role further highlights her discerning eye and dedication to celebrating the works of fellow filmmakers.
